To return or exchange an order, make sure your order meets the following requirements:
- The items must be in new condition and in original packaging .
- No felt/Velcro should be applied to the product.
- Initiate the return/exchange within 30 days of date the tracking shows the item(s) have been delivered.
- Bulk rolls of film cannot be return if the tracking shows the roll was/is delivered
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@thousandoaksoptical.com with the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Order number
- Specify whether it’s a return or an exchange
- List the item(s) you are returning or exchanging.
- Note please include the part number
For exchanges, please initiate an exchange and submit a new order for the item(s) you want to exchange. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the item(s) for inspection.
You have two weeks (14 days) or the remainder of the return period, whichever is longer, to ship the item(s) to the address below.

Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with your order number and “return” or “exchange” written on it inside the box with your item(s). Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay or rejection of your return/exchange.
