Estimate Shipping
Shipping estimates are available in the cart after you add all the items you wish to order.
U.S. Orders
Payment may be made by personal check, bank check, or money order. We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for processing credit cards. All orders within the U.S. are shipped via the shipping service selected in the cart. We offer USPS and UPS as shipping carriers
All U.S. orders (check, credit card, or PayPal) can be completed using our online shop, just select your payment method at checkout.
Outside the U.S.
If an authorized Thousand Oaks Optical distributor is not available in your country, we can ship direct. Customs invoice and documentation is included. Shipping cost does not include any tax, duties or handling charges that may be charged by your local customs agency.

However we can ship to countries that are not on this list if the customer provides the shipping label/paperwork. Please send an email to info@thousandoaksoptical.com including the following information to start this process.
- Title: “International shipment” + your first and last name
- First and last name
- Billing and shipping address
- Destination country
- Item(s) you would like to order.
You WILL be required to schedule a pickup for the shipment if your not using USPS or UPS.
Mail in orders
We offer mail-in orders for all parties within the United States of America. To place a mail order, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit our Shop Page and add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
- In the “Estimate Shipping” box, provide your state, ZIP code, and city information.
- Write a check for the total amount, including the shipping cost, payable to “Thousand Oaks Optical.”
- Prepare a note that includes the following details:
- The item(s) you would like to order
- Preferred shipping service
- Your first and last name
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Send both the check and the note to the following address:

Please allow approximately two-three weeks for personal checks to clear.
