U.S. Orders

Payment may be made by personal check, bank check, or money order. We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please allow approximately two weeks for personal checks to clear. All orders within the U.S. are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail or United Parcel Service.

All U.S. orders (check, credit card, or PayPal) can be completed using our online store, just select your payment method at checkout.

Outside the U.S.

If an authorized Thousand Oaks Optical distributor is not available in your country, we can ship direct. Please contact us for shipping charges. Customs invoice and documentation is included. We can only ship via carriers with tracking capability such as United Parcel Service and U.S. Express Mail. NOTE: Shipping cost does not include any tax, duties or handling charges that may be charged by your local customs agency.

Phone orders may be placed by calling (928) 692-8903, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Please have part number(s) ready when calling. Phone order staff cannot choose the part number based on customer measurements or telescope brand. See our “Frequently Asked Questions” if you are not sure what size to order.
